How to do if I'm not satisfied with the products received?
Our warranty policy: Customer can return the items received if you're not satisfied with them within our warranty time (12 months); We'll return back money within 3 working days after receiving the returned units;
Note: The return policy is only valid for those items not damaged by buyer;

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.

If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them for repair or replacement under our twelve month warranty.?Which means that faulty products can be returned by post to ChinaProstore, where we will make the repairs or instant replacement and ship the new goods back you as soon as we can.
